Welcome to the AldrichPears FTP Help Page: Troubleshooting: IMPORTANT: If you have files that need to be expanded or BIN files that need decoding, download the stuffit expander for your operating system from the dropbox folder. 1. When logging in, make sure to type your username and password exactly as you see it, they are case sensitive. 2. Have cookies turned on in your web browser. 3. This system uses Javascript so have it enabled in your web browser. 4. On slower internet connections be patient during uploads and downloads, since there is no progress bar. The system will inform you when a file transfer is complete. 5. There is no way to delete folders using this system, please contact the administrator to have this done. 6. Files can only be deleted by the creator, try renaming your file if this is a problem. 7. If you have complete folders you wish to upload please zip or stuff them before uploading!
